Excellent product. To carry on with “my transformation story” I had to change my way of life. I was a couch potato, finding myself not doing any more activity than I had too. I about passed out bending over and tying my shoes! As a part of my transformation I had to get active. With bad knees and a bad back I was struggling on how to make that happen. Then I got Marks DVD and began with 5 minutes at a time until I could get through the entire DVD. I am now also using an incumbent bike. I plan on graduating to the next stage before the end of the year. Thanks Mark for taking the step to lead others to health! Great product and if I can do it you can!
