Course description

Finally, a system designed by real people for real people. No weights, bands or scales. Just the basics of moving your body and increasing your heart rate. You can complete this activity anywhere: at home, the office or while you travel.

This program contains 14 simple exercise sessions divided over a four week period. Each workout stresses simple movements designed to improve strength, cardiovascular health, and body composition. Each workout ranges from 24-30 minutes in duration.

Excellent product. To carry on with “my transformation story” I had to change my way of life. I was a couch potato, finding myself not doing any more activity than I had too. I about passed out bending over and tying my shoes! As a part of my transformation I had to get active. With bad knees and a bad back I was struggling on how to make that happen. Then I got Marks DVD and began with 5 minutes at a time until I could get through the entire DVD. I am now also using an incumbent bike.
